You built something that matters. Let's make sure it lasts.

You spent years earning the trust of your customers, training your mechanics, and building a reputation people come back for. That craft is worth more than ever — customers paying €2,000, €3,000, €4,000 for a bike expect service that matches.

But keeping up is getting harder to carry on your own. Bosch diagnostics, Shimano motor work, software updates, certified parts — the standard keeps rising, and so does what it costs to stay ahead of it. That weight shouldn't fall on one pair of shoulders.

yeply has built the backbone a single shop can't justify alone — booking systems, CRM, parts procurement, mechanic certification — and we share it across the whole group. Join us and the things that pull you away from the work you love are carried with you, not by you.

We're partnering with workshops across Europe, starting with the Netherlands and Finland. Whether that means working together, us investing, or us taking the business on entirely — if you've built something good, we'd love to talk.

Workshops have already joined yeply in the Netherlands — running on with the same teams and the same customers.

We have been doing this since 2016.

yeply was founded to professionalise bike service across Europe. We are Bosch and Shimano certified and operate across Finland, Germany, the Netherlands and Belgium. We have built the systems — booking, CRM, mechanic training, parts procurement — that individual shops cannot justify building alone.

We are not a competitor. We are a platform for shop owners who want to see their business continue, their staff stay employed, and their customers well served — under experienced, operationally focused ownership.

Workshops have already joined yeply in the Netherlands and Finland. They're still running today — serving the same customers, with the same teams behind the bench.

We've run bike operations ourselves.

yeply is led by people who have run large-scale bike service operations from the inside — at Swapfiets, Uber, and now yeply. We know what makes a workshop tick. We know what makes it break. We make decisions about your business the way we'd want them made about ours.

Three ways this can work.

We shape this around your situation, not the other way round. Whichever route we take, the principle is the same: your team stays, your customers stay with the people they know, your name stays — and you decide whether you stay involved or step back at your own pace.

Light partnership
Stay independent.
Use our backbone.
Nothing changes hands

You keep your business exactly as it is and plug into what we've built — booking systems, parts procurement, mechanic certification, and overflow work when your bench is full. The lightest way to find out whether we're good to work with, with nothing to sign away.

Investment
We invest.
You keep running it.
Capital and systems behind you

You stay at the helm and we come in behind you — capital to grow, plus the systems and buying power of the group. Good if the ambition is there but the balance sheet or the back office is what's holding the shop back.

A 100-day handover.
No disruption.

It starts as a conversation — not a process. We move at the pace that makes sense for your situation. Our legal and financial team handles the complexity so you don't have to.

1
A conversation
with Carlos

No paperwork, no obligations. We want to understand your business and your situation before anything else.

2
A proposal
that fits

If there's a fit, we put something honest on the table. We bring our own legal and financial people — you never have to navigate this alone.

3
100-day
handover

Structured transition. You stay involved as long as you want. Mechanics retained and trained to yeply certification standard.

4
A network
behind you

Your workshop joins a multi-country operation — booking systems, parts procurement, and full technical support behind it.

Let's have a coffee
and see where it goes.

No paperwork. No pressure. No pitch deck. If you are curious about what this could look like for your business — or simply want to understand what we are building — one conversation is all it takes.

Selling or transitioning a business you have spent years building is a significant decision. It deserves a direct, honest conversation with someone who has done this before and takes it seriously.

"I would be glad to hear from you. No obligation, no pitch. Just a conversation."

Everything stays between us.

Our conversations are completely confidential. Reaching out to us will not become known to your staff, your suppliers, or anyone in your network. We handle every discussion with full discretion, at every stage — from first contact to signed agreement.

What shop owners ask us first.

The honest answers to the questions that come up in every first conversation. If yours isn't here, email Carlos — he answers these himself.

Is yeply buying bike shops, or just partnering with them?
Both. We do everything from a light partnership where nothing changes hands, to an investment where you stay in charge, to buying a workshop or a whole business outright. Most conversations start without knowing which one fits — that's normal, and figuring it out together is the point of the first coffee.
What happens to my staff if I sell my workshop to yeply?
Your mechanics keep their jobs. Retaining the team is the whole reason we buy an established workshop rather than opening our own — the people behind the bench are what we are paying for. They also get access to our Bosch and Shimano certification pathway, so their training goes further than it could in a single shop.
Do I have to sell the whole business, or can I keep my shop?
You can keep your shop. A lot of owners carry premium brands and love the retail floor but find the workshop the demanding part — so we take on the workshop and your shop and brand stay entirely yours. If you'd rather hand over the retail side too, we're open to that.
Will my shop name disappear?
No. Your name stays. Your customers found you because of that name and the reputation behind it, and erasing it would destroy the thing we came for.
How long does the process take?
The handover itself is structured over 100 days. Everything before that moves at your pace — some owners go from first coffee to signed in a couple of months, others take a year to decide. There is no clock running on your side of the table.
Do I have to leave the business straight away?
Not unless you want to. You decide whether you stay involved, stay on in a smaller role, or wind down quietly over the handover. We've done it every way.
Is the conversation confidential?
Completely. Nothing reaches your staff, your suppliers, or anyone in your network. That holds at every stage, from first contact to signed agreement — and it holds just as firmly if you decide the answer is no.

Built something good?
Let's talk.

No paperwork. No obligation. One conversation with Carlos.
