yeply · For bike workshop owners · Netherlands, Belgium, Germany & Finland
From a light partnership to an investment, a succession or a full acquisition — we shape it around what you want. Your team, your customers and your name stay.
Why we're here
You spent years earning the trust of your customers, training your mechanics, and building a reputation people come back for. That craft is worth more than ever — customers paying €2,000, €3,000, €4,000 for a bike expect service that matches.
But keeping up is getting harder to carry on your own. Bosch diagnostics, Shimano motor work, software updates, certified parts — the standard keeps rising, and so does what it costs to stay ahead of it. That weight shouldn't fall on one pair of shoulders.
yeply has built the backbone a single shop can't justify alone — booking systems, CRM, parts procurement, mechanic certification — and we share it across the whole group. Join us and the things that pull you away from the work you love are carried with you, not by you.
We're partnering with workshops across Europe, starting with the Netherlands and Finland. Whether that means working together, us investing, or us taking the business on entirely — if you've built something good, we'd love to talk.
Who we are
yeply was founded to professionalise bike service across Europe. We are Bosch and Shimano certified and operate across Finland, Germany, the Netherlands and Belgium. We have built the systems — booking, CRM, mechanic training, parts procurement — that individual shops cannot justify building alone.
We are not a competitor. We are a platform for shop owners who want to see their business continue, their staff stay employed, and their customers well served — under experienced, operationally focused ownership.
Workshops have already joined yeply in the Netherlands and Finland. They're still running today — serving the same customers, with the same teams behind the bench.
Built by operators
yeply is led by people who have run large-scale bike service operations from the inside — at Swapfiets, Uber, and now yeply. We know what makes a workshop tick. We know what makes it break. We make decisions about your business the way we'd want them made about ours.

Ways this can work
We shape this around your situation, not the other way round. Whichever route we take, the principle is the same: your team stays, your customers stay with the people they know, your name stays — and you decide whether you stay involved or step back at your own pace.
You keep your business exactly as it is and plug into what we've built — booking systems, parts procurement, mechanic certification, and overflow work when your bench is full. The lightest way to find out whether we're good to work with, with nothing to sign away.
You stay at the helm and we come in behind you — capital to grow, plus the systems and buying power of the group. Good if the ambition is there but the balance sheet or the back office is what's holding the shop back.
We buy workshops outright — and if you'd rather hand over the retail floor as well, we'll take on the whole business. Your mechanics keep their jobs, your customers keep their people, your name stays, and a structured 100-day handover means nothing drops. You decide whether you stay on or wind down quietly.
What working with us looks like
It starts as a conversation — not a process. We move at the pace that makes sense for your situation. Our legal and financial team handles the complexity so you don't have to.
No paperwork, no obligations. We want to understand your business and your situation before anything else.
If there's a fit, we put something honest on the table. We bring our own legal and financial people — you never have to navigate this alone.
Structured transition. You stay involved as long as you want. Mechanics retained and trained to yeply certification standard.
Your workshop joins a multi-country operation — booking systems, parts procurement, and full technical support behind it.
Carlos brings a decade in large-scale operations — from aerospace logistics to leading Uber's shared bike business and running Swapfiets global operations. He knows the bike industry from the inside, and he leads every conversation personally.
Let's talk
No paperwork. No pressure. No pitch deck. If you are curious about what this could look like for your business — or simply want to understand what we are building — one conversation is all it takes.
Selling or transitioning a business you have spent years building is a significant decision. It deserves a direct, honest conversation with someone who has done this before and takes it seriously.
Our conversations are completely confidential. Reaching out to us will not become known to your staff, your suppliers, or anyone in your network. We handle every discussion with full discretion, at every stage — from first contact to signed agreement.
